Last night I was really frustrated at about midnight when I couldn’t figure out my greek homework. Really frustrated. As I was going to bed I reminded myself that this experience (like everything in life) is something that God is using to make me more like His Son. I also reminded myself that not everything in life comes easily and without cost. In fact most things that are valuable and significant, like growth in godliness, require discipline, sacrifice, and dedication. So too with greek. I’m not at the drive thru here. Slow down, be patient, keep working.
Nothing revelatory, but a good lesson for me.
