Yesterday I read a newspaper article that contained the following quote:
We honor Dr. George Tiller’s legacy of compassion and care throughout his life.
A “Legacy of compassion and care”……certainly not for babies. How can our culture spin stuff in such an outrageous way as to attribute a “legacy of compassion and care” to an abortionist? I think we’ve let our consciences become seared on the issue of abortion. We simply overlook the death of a baby and we praise his “compassion and care” for women’s reproductive rights.
